Our 'Inclusive' prices are just that. When comparing car hire costs it's important you check what's included as some companies' prices don't incorporate the insurance you'll need or many of the local charges.
Our prices include MAXIMUM Collision Damage Waiver, MAXIMUM Theft Loss Waiver, General Public Liability Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, Third Party Liability Insurance, one free additional driver, unlimited kilometres,claim administration fee (where applicable), airport surcharges, Tourism Levy, VAT (currently 14%), additional cover for tyre, rim, hubcap or windscreen damage/repair, water and undercarriage damage, sandblasting damage (for rentals from 1 Jan 2010) and 24 hour emergency roadside assistance with Avis Careline. AVIS POINT TO POINT ARRIVAL TRANSFER SERVICE
For the perfect stress free way to start your holiday, Avis have introduced a private transfer service from Cape Town, Johannesburg or Durban Airports to any of our preferred hotels. On arrival you will be met by an Avis uniformed chauffeur who will help you with your luggage and transfer you to your chosen hotel in comfort. Your Avis hire car will then be delivered to your hotel on a pre-arranged date/time or alternatively you can be collected and taken to the relevant Avis depot to collect your car. Avis Point to Point is also available for local journeys within Cape Town, simply ask your chauffeur for further details en route.

Additional local charges: within 25 km radius of the Avis depot the locally paid car delivery/collection fee is R220, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday (R420 out of hours, weekends or public holidays). VAT of 14% & an Admin fee of R40 applies to local charges. For fees beyond 25 km radius and infant seat charges, please ask your Trailfinders travel consultant.
